Parents must submit a completed physical for their child within the first 30 days of enrollment.
The physical must include diet restrictions, allergies, previous health problems, shot records, and a statement stating child is free from communicable diseases.
Infants and toddlers are required to have a signed Feeding Plan Form.
Physicals must be completed annually for Infants, Toddlers, and 2's. |

Snacks are served 2 or 3 times per day, depending on the age group. There are No Addition Charges for meals & snacks. |

Meals are prepared according to strict nutritional guidelines approved by the State Board of Health and meet all Recommended Daily Allowances.
Menus are posted in advance. |

Necessary diet restrictions and diet changes will be accommodated with a written physician's statement.
Second helpings are offered at each meal & snack.
